Charlie Strong will not be deposed in Louisville divorce case

Any relationship Texas coach Charlie Strong had with a University of Louisville trustee's wife will remain between them.

Jonathan Blue’s lawyer had subpoenaed Strong to give a deposition about his relationship with Tracy Blue as well as records and property that Tracy Blue gave to Strong during his time at the University of Louisville.

Jonathan Blue implied his wife was having an affair with Strong to prove to the court that she was an unfit role model for their two daughters during a custody battle. Both Jonathan and Tracy were trying to gain custody of the two girls, but will now have joint custody.

The subpoena and motions for Strong’s records and property have been remanded.

However, the damage might have already been done for Strong, who has spent much of his time at Texas teaching high character and core values to his players.

Neither Strong nor Texas responded publicly to the allegations except to say Strong was complying and that both parties would abstain from further comment of an ongoing legal case.
